• Duration: The Holodeck Experience runs approximately 35 minutes.
• Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled showtime. Due to the immersive nature of the experience, late entry is not permitted.
• Cost: All tickets are $15
• Age Recommendation: Designed for guests ages 8 and up. All visitors must have a ticket, regardless of age.
• Sensory Notice: The experience includes louder sounds, dynamic visuals, and takes place in a dimly lit enclosed space. If you or someone in your group has sensory sensitivities, feel free to reach out with any questions at info@mcaad.org.
• Change of Plans? You can reschedule your tickets using the link in your confirmation email. Please note that tickets are non-refundable.
• Stroller Policy: Strollers are not permitted inside the Holodeck Experience and must remain in the designated waiting area.
