“In my experience, as a first-generation immigrant from Peru, the American Dream has been the opportunity to chart my own path. Being able to choose my college major, my hobbies, explore new cultures and countries, and build a family with a diverse set of values and customs has been my dream and reality. I believe that the American Dream should be accessible to all and by sharing the stories of people who have accomplished their American Dreams I wish to inspire a new generation of dreamers.”
