Chadwell Culpepper joined the Milken Center for Advancing the American Dream as Senior Project Manager in April of 2021. In his role, Chadwell is directly involved in all aspects of Development and Construction for the MCAAD office tower, and incorporating it into the Visitor Center and overall campus. His responsibilities include entitlements, budgeting, project scheduling, vendor selection, and financial management from beginning through completion. Prior to joining MCAAD, he was a General Contractor project manager overseeing high-end corporate interiors and capital repositioning projects. Mr. Culpepper also spent over 8 years as a civil engineer developing construction drawings for land development projects varying from commercial sites, residential subdivisions, and municipality utility upgrades. Mr. Culpepper has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The Citadel: The Military College of South Carolina. He has also earned his certification as a LEED Accredited Professional.
