Tracy Gray’s father joined the military to escape the constant injustices and inequality he encountered in Mississippi. Having grown up with the stories, Tracy’s need to help level the playing field was always in her blood, and she founded The 22 Fund. Tracy’s life work is helping businesswomen and women of color, not just survive, but thrive. For her work, Ms. Gray was recently named a Los Angeles “50 Women of Influence” in business.
